Delete your TopShott account

Delete it in the app

1. Open TopShott and sign in.
2. Tap the person icon at the top right to open your profile.
3. Under Settings, tap Account & security.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device.

Can't sign in?

Email info@topshott.co from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in, name, email address, phone number, photo, cover image, bio and social links.
• Your profile details: sports, positions, skill level, birthdate, gender and city.
• Your follows, follow requests, blocks and notification settings.
• Your push notification tokens and saved device details.

What is kept

• Results of matches you played stay in tournament history so other teams' standings and brackets remain correct. They are no longer linked to you: your profile is anonymized.
• Messages you sent in club or team chats may remain for the other members, shown without your profile.
• Records we must keep by law, such as payment records, for as long as the law requires.

Backups containing your data are overwritten within 30 days.
